Milk Permeate
Milk Permeate is a by-product of the Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) production process, formed after ultrafiltration of milk to extract protein and fat. Milk Permeate Powder is typically 80% lactose (minimum 75%), 3% protein, 8.5% ash plus a trace amount of fat. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including beverages, seasonings, confectionery, soups, sauces, desserts, bakery and dairy.
